Donald G. Horner, currently CEO, joined First Hawaiian Bank in 1978 as a credit analyst after serving in the U.S. Navy from 1972 to 1976. In addition to heading one of the nation's top-performing banks, Mr. Horner is very active in leading and supporting community groups, including the Hawaii Bankers Association, the Children's Discovery Center, and the Hawaii Asia Pacific Association, among many others.
